Here’s something I want you to sit with:

👉 People don’t discover you on a schedule.

They find you during a late-night scroll.
On a lunch break.
In between school pickups.

Last week I attended a 2-day retreat with an incredible group of women business owners, and let me tell you—it hit me like a ton of bricks.

We dove deep into goal setting, revenue strategies, and what it really takes to grow a business this year. But my biggest takeaway?

I’ve been playing small.

Because if I’m being honest, I’ve been doing the “busy work” instead of the big work. You know, the kind of work that actually moves the needle.

The kind of work CEOs do.

Here’s the hard truth I couldn’t ignore:
If I want to reach my goals this year, I can’t keep operating like I’m running a side hustle.

I have to show up like the CEO.

I have to think like the CEO.

And I have to do CEO stuff—whether it’s comfortable or not.

So, I’m sharing this with you because maybe… just maybe… you needed to hear it too.

Are you playing small in your business?
Are you stuck in the weeds instead of focusing on growth?
Are you avoiding the big, scary moves because “it’s just easier to do it myself”?

So here’s my challenge to you (and to myself):
What’s one CEO move you can make today? Not next week. Not “when you have more time.”
Today.

Maybe it’s outsourcing a task.
Maybe it’s raising your prices.
Maybe it’s finally setting up systems that free up your time to focus on the big picture.

Whatever it is, do it. Because your business deserves more than small moves.
And so do you.

I’m unapologetically feminist. If that doesn’t jive with your values, no worries.

Today I voted for human rights.

For my girls to have control over their bodies.

Today I voted for small businesses.

The middle class.

Unions.

I voted for people to love whoever they love.

Hope for our future.

Today I voted for decency and respect and the right to criticize our government officials.

I urge everyone to use their voice and stand loudly with your values.

Here's what you missed!

1. We're in the process of selling our house, so my fulfillment service is going away. We're leaning towards traveling with our kiddos for the year since me and the hubs work remotely...so feel free to recommend places, AirBnbs, and other cool places to add to our list!

2. Sub SupportHer is going back to basics! While the last year or so was very focused on CEO/Coach, I'm happiest doing VA/Online Business Managing type work. While my website already reflects this, I'll be adding more core packages in the coming weeks!
