I am really happy to share that applications are now open for Chesterfield Township's first-ever Youth Advisory Board!
This idea started with conversations with local students, Serwaa and Pihu, who wanted to see more opportunities for youth involvement in our community. I'm excited to see it come to life!
The Youth Advisory Board is open to Chesterfield residents ages 14–18 who are interested in leadership, community service, local government, and making a positive impact in our community.
This is a great opportunity to share your ideas, work on community projects, and help shape Chesterfield's future.
📅 Application deadline: June 30
I encourage all interested students to apply!

🚨Attention Residents🚨

🌨️In anticipation of winter weather forecasted for Sunday, February 22nd and Monday, February 23rd, we would like to remind all residents of Township Ordinance 182-13 regarding the Designation of Snow Emergency No-parking areas.🚫

Per Ordinance 182-13, whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that covers the street or highway, no vehicle shall be parked on either side of any municipal road or street within the Township of Chesterfield. This parking prohibition shall remain in effect until the snow has ceased, and the streets have been plowed sufficiently.

Please make alternative parking arrangements to avoid any inconvenience or potential violations. Your cooperation is essential in helping to maintain clear roadways and ensuring the safety of all residents during winter weather conditions.
