This detached ADU (accessory dwelling unit) is an independent living space located on the same property as the main house. It is a beautiful addition to this lake front property. It was a pleasure to work with this client from preliminary stages, interior design to completion.

It was an absolute pleasure to transform this beautiful home and casita on Lake Chelan. From the inside out, we gave this space a fresh new look, removing the original hardwood, tile, carpet, countertops, cabinetry, appliances, and electrical fixtures, along with the mantle and hearth.

We installed stunning new hardwood floors, plush carpet, and elegant quartz and quartzite countertops. Rift-sawn white oak shaker cabinets now bring a timeless touch to every room, complemented by updated electrical fixtures and can light trims. A fresh coat of paint throughout tied it all together for a bright and cohesive finish.

The before-and-after transformation is truly remarkable, showcasing how thoughtful design and high-quality craftsmanship can breathe new life into a home.

What a pleasure it was to build this thoughtfully-designed smart home. Construction began by demoing the existing generational family home to build our client’s forever home.

The three-story main house is 3,866 square feet with natural light pouring in and an elevator accessing all floors. Two of the three floors have open floor plans, custom fireplaces and stunningly designed kitchens. In addition to the main house, there is a 594 square foot detached garage with a mother-in-law apartment above.
