Wine Theory Wine Theory’s primary focus is to bring great wines to the Tennessee market. Each winery has a story about how they came to be Cheers!

Many of the wineries represented in this portfolio produce a very limited number of cases; some as little as 500 cases a year. Ryan and Leah Meulemans fell in love with wine in
Portugal in 2006. For their 5th wedding anniversary, Ryan and Leah visited the Douro River Valley and the wineries found in that region. At the time they knew very little about wine, however, they quickly learned that this

would develop into a deep passion for them both. Since that trip, Ryan and Leah have spent most of their vacations visiting wine regions around Europe and the
United States. These travels have given them the
opportunity to visit with many wine producers and have
developed their love for exciting, hand-crafted wines. Each winery has a story about how they came to be a part of the Wine Theory portfolio, whether they were a recommendation from a mutual friend in the industry, or their wines were discovered over dinner while traveling, each producer has been hand-selected for this unique portfolio. Working with the smaller producers
allow Ryan and Leah the opportunity to build relationships with each winemaker. These relationships are very
important - as we know, wine is emotional and the best wines are those that you will remember for not only the taste, but for the complete experience.
