Today, each student had the delightful opportunity to select their own special candy for the Lunar New Year candy tray, making it a fun and engaging experience for everyone! In our class of two-year-olds, we engaged the children in a fun and creative activity where we made Chinese lanterns. This project focused on enhancing their fine motor skills and various other abilities. The children practiced using scissors to cut colorful paper, which helped them develop hand-eye coordination and dexterity. They also learned about the cultural significance of Chinese lanterns while enjoying the process of crafting their own unique designs. Overall, it was a delightful way for the little ones to express their creativity and learn through play!
