MeckGOP VALUES
Your friends and neighbors at the MeckGOP are motivated by four core Values:
1) LIMITED GOVERNMENT – Our elected officials must respect the constitutional and practical limits on what government can do and do well.
2) FISCAL CONSERVATISM – The government should be frugal and efficient with our tax dollars.
3) STRONG FAMILIES & STRONG COMMUNITIES – Strong families and communiti
es are society’s building blocks. Their worth can never be replicated by a government program.
4) HONEST GOVERNMENT – Leaders should walk in integrity. We won’t accept anything less from them, regardless of their party identification. MeckGOP GOALS
We seek to advance the MeckGOP Mission and Values in the following ways:
1) EDUCATE & INFORM – Too often the MeckGOP, its candidates and policy initiatives have been defined for the public by those who don’t share our Values. We must educate and inform our neighbors about our Values, our candidates and our policies.
2) REGISTER & GROW – By building a strong community of voters who believe in our Mission, we aim to be the majority party in Mecklenburg County.
3) RECRUIT & RESOURCE – For every election, the MeckGOP actively recruits and resources the strongest possible leaders for our community.
4) TURNOUT & WIN – When Republicans vote, Republicans win. The MeckGOP will work to turn out every Republican voter and win every election.
