The RNHA Mecklenburg County Chapter had a successful Meet the Candidates event on August 25th, co-hosted with The LIBRE Initiative. Attendees had the opportunity to hear the results of a survey and valuable feedback from the Latino community, including insights into the issues and priorities that matter most to Hispanic Americans.
We were honored to welcome outstanding speakers and guests, including Cecilia Navas of The LIBRE Initiative, Felice Pete, RNC Committeewoman, Tricia Cotham, NC House of Representatives. district 105, Jack Codiga, U.S. House of Representatives District 12, and Stacie McGinn, NC Senate District 42.
This successful event was organized by the RNHA-NC Mecklenburg Board. A special thank you to Maria Elena Conaway, Chair; Cecy Ramirez, Vice Chair; and Jessica Castillo, Secretary, for their leadership and hard work.
