This morning the NC Democratic Party will vote on an Accountability in Genocide resolution.

The resolution calls on NC to vet those entering our country for crimes of genocide. Multiple countries were referenced where genocide is currently occurring.

We would like to send a clear message- we stand FIRMLY on the side of those living in all occupied Nations. For far too long the United States has been complicit in funding genocide and waging war.

The NCDP MUST pass this resolution and we urge representatives to do so.

74 House Democrats are over the age of 65......and 85% of them are seeking re-election again. (!!!)

BUT - there is a growing movement to challenge the establishment:

- Primary challengers are out fundraising incumbents

- More than 80 Gen Z and millennial candidates are challenging or running to succeed House Democrats 65 and older

-There is a growing refusal to accept money from corporate PACs and pro-Israel lobbying groups

- Policy proposals on issues like affordability are gaining traction

As a growing crop of young candidates challenge longtime Democratic incumbents, some are not just breaking through in the money race, but outraising their opponents altogether.
