My fellow letter carriers, in the next four weeks the post office is going to be under a microscope. You all have to show the world that the USPS is second to none. Love management or hate them together we have to perform flawlessly. We must go back in time before the nondelivery of routes. The bringing back the last hour. Curtailing first class mail. If you’re a carrier/clerk/mail handler that wants to throw political mail away stay home. If you have a way of seeing ballots bundled together and don’t process them correctly, stay home. The responsibility is in your hands. Never has the post office been in a position of weakness. Managers who read this manage without the pressures from above. Clean your floor. Pay the ot.
