Culture Matters.

Champions aren't built during the season, they're built in the offseason.

This summer, our high school girls and junior high athletes are putting in the work together in the weight room.

Our younger athletes are training alongside our older athletes, learning what it means to be a Falcon and seeing firsthand the standards that have been set before them.

When younger athletes see older athletes leading by example, encouraging their teammates, and embracing hard work, a culture is created that extends far beyond the gym.

Getting stronger is important. Building leaders is even more important.

HELP US BUILD FRONTIER GIRLS GOLF!

This fall, Frontier is launching a Girls Golf program, and we need your help to make it a success!

We have several young ladies excited and ready to compete, but some do not have access to the equipment needed to get started. We are desperately seeking donations of women’s golf clubs, bags, and other golf equipment to help provide opportunities for these student-athletes.

Donations can be dropped off through the Frontier Athletic Department.
