Need to visit the Linn County Treasurer’s Office? You can now schedule an appointment for any Treasurer’s Office service!

The new online appointment system, part of the Iowa DOT’s statewide scheduling program, is designed to make your visit easier by reducing wait times and helping you plan ahead. The first appointments are available beginning June 17.

With the new system, you can:
• Schedule appointments for any Treasurer’s Office service
• Receive email and/or text reminders
• Check in using your mobile device or a kiosk at the office
• Easily reschedule or cancel your appointment online

Walk-in service will still be available, but appointments are encouraged. Customers with appointments will be seen at their scheduled time, while walk-ins may experience longer wait times.

Hawkeye Labor represents thousands of highly skilled working Iowans using their collective voice to elect experienced, proven, and trusted candidates to all levels of government that support issues important to organized labor. The Linn County Treasurer’s Office will be closed Wednesday, April 15 for an all-day training conducted by the Iowa Department of Transportation. This training is part of statewide continuing education efforts to help County Treasurer staff identify and respond to vehicle fraud effectively.

The Treasurer’s Office will resume normal business hours on Thursday, April 16. Linn County appreciates the public’s understanding as staff participate in this important training designed to protect consumers.
