Jake's Celebration of Life, Porter Loring West, San Antonio

From Jake’s brother, Charlie: Words simply cannot express my sincerest gratitude to all of you for the outpouring of love and support you so graciously extended to me and my family. Your words have brought comfort to us, especially my mom, over the last few days. As you can imagine, none of this is easy, despite knowing this day would come in time. Jake's obituary is posted at the following link, which includes the details of his "Celebration of Life." (We elected to have this event later this month due to my schedule and when me and my wife and kids will return home for Christmas.) Again, thank you for your words and prayers, you are all so precious to us.
