Some “friendly” competition involving team work, communication, fire/EMS skills, and trust all packed in to one fun night! This was our 4th Annual Fire and EMS Olympics. Blue team may have taken home the gold medal but getting to spend time as a collective team/family is a win for all!!

Thank you to the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office and Cowlitz County Dive team for joining us for water rescue training. As we all start enjoying the summer weather that’s coming our way please remember, we are surrounding by cold water rivers with very swift currents! It only takes seconds to get into trouble! Be responsible in the water; wear a proper fitting life jacket and never let kids swim unattended!

🚴‍♀️🪖 Approximately 50 Helmets Given Away—Here's to a Safe Summer! ☀️

Today, we were excited to give away 50 bike helmets during our giveaway event, to local kids and families in our community! A properly fitted helmet is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent serious injuries while riding bikes, scooters, skateboards, and more.

As summer begins, we encourage everyone to stay active, have fun, and make safety a priority. Remember:
✅ Wear your helmet every ride.

✅ Buckle it correctly.

✅ Watch for traffic and follow the rules of the road.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make this event a success. We love supporting a safer, healthier community!
