It’s where the modern skateboard was designed, where a historic skatepark is located, where a major skateboard competition is held every year.

The key to a successful skatepark advocacy campaign is simple. Keep Pushing! Crush the obstacles & believe in the strength of community and it will happen.

From an initial ask for a 10K square foot park to the 40K that’s officially broken ground in Casselberry is a testament to the most often used phrase heard at a skatepark; “One more try…”

Congrats to everyone who believed in the dream, collected signatures, put signs in their yard, attended commission meetings, workshops and saw it through to this day; you’re all amazing and deserve credit for making it a reality.

You may not have been holding a shovel today, but you truly deserve the recognition for making a generation of kids dream a reality.

After initial talks with staff in late fall of 2014 & asking for a skatepark at a City Commission Meeting in February 2015, the journey to demonstrate the need and support for a Casselberry Skatepark began with this page.

SKATE 32707 is dedicated to advocating for the design and construction of a concrete skatepark in Casselberry, FL.

Support A Skatepark In Casselberry lead a community movement that not only delivered the city its own skatepark; which is currently being built, it resulted in the development of a parks master plan, the referendum that lead to funding for it and the complete redevelopment of nearly every other park in the city. • The ground breaking ceremony for this amazing community park is scheduled for April 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
