Just a friendly update from your local 911 office:

We are currently in the middle of a full remodel and upgrading systems.

We want to ensure that services will not be interrupted, but please bare with us, as you may hear construction in the back ground of non-emergency calls, along with the construction going on if you come in to the Sheriff’s office.

We are excited to bring updated equipment to better serve our community!

The Missouri Department of Conservation is seeking information about a Bald Eagle found shot southeast of the intersection of East 8th street and Bushey Avenue in Caruthersville, Missouri on April 13, 2026.

Anyone with information about how the eagle was killed is urged to contact Pemiscot County Conservation Agent Hunter Ridenour at 573-757-8357 or Operation Game Thief at 800-392-1111. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

This is to educate our youth on the dangers of drinking and driving
