Our thoughts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters of Windsor Volunteer Fire Department and Kim’s family!

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Honorary/Life Member Kim Parham who served as a Firefighter and Engineer. Kim was a dedicated member to the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years. We would like to thank Kim for his service to the community and his family for sacrifices made. Kim may be gone and will certainly be missed, but the memories will not be forgotten. Rest easy sir, we have it from here. We would ask that you keep the Parham family in your thoughts and prayers.

Visitation will be Monday, February 16, 2026 at 7:00PM at Parr Funeral Home in Suffolk, VA.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 2:00PM at the Windsor Cemetery. A reception will follow at Windsor Volunteer Fire Department.
