I want you to picture something for a moment.

I want you to imagine a parent who’s standing in their kitchen, looking at an almost empty pantry and wondering how they’re going to make it through the week.

For some people in our community, this scenario is a reality.

Through Agape’s Loaves of Love project, we’re placing full grocery boxes into the hands of families who need them most. Thanks to the Carroll County Memorial Hospital Foundation, we were able to begin, but now we need your help to keep it going.

I know sometimes people say, “Well, don’t they get food assistance already?” And yes, some families do.

What many don’t realize is that SNAP benefits often average only about six or seven dollars a day per person. With today’s grocery prices, that doesn’t always stretch to the end of the month. It doesn’t cover diapers. It doesn’t cover paper towels. It doesn’t cover the unexpected.

Sometimes families need a little help bridging the gap.

For just $50, you can sponsor a family of four through our Loaves of Love grocery boxes.

That’s not enabling. It’s strengthening. It’s loving your neighbor.

Matthew 25:35 says, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.”

When we feed families, we’re not just filling stomachs, we’re answering Jesus.

So the question isn’t “Why should I give?”

The question is if we love Him, how could we not?

Welcome to Agape Faith and Outreach, Inc. 🤍
AGAPE began on a cold winter evening, a few miles outside of town. Carla and I were driving through wintry weather to deliver hats, gloves, groceries, and even chopped wood to a few families who were struggling to stay warm. The roads were cold, the air was heavy, and the need was real.
Somewhere between those deliveries, something shifted.
We had talked before about wanting to do more — about how faith should look like something tangible. That night, it became clear: love has to move. Love isn’t just words or good intentions. Love looks like food when someone is hungry, clothing when someone is cold, heat when winter sets in, and presence when someone feels forgotten.
That drive is where AGAPE was born.
AGAPE means unconditional love — the kind of love Jesus showed. A love that gives. A love that meets people right where they are. A love that doesn’t ask questions first, but shows up with resources, compassion, and dignity.
Agape Faith and Outreach exists to serve our community through that kind of love. Whether it’s food, clothing, household items, other needs or simply reminding someone they are seen and valued, our mission is simple: to show Jesus through action.
We’re glad you’re here. This page is more than updates — it’s an invitation to be part of love in motion. Many of you have joined us before we became official! ❤️ we hope to have your support moving forward. 🙏🏻 Together we will have our “5 & 2” and we will run it through His hands to multiply! We will announce our location and events soon!
