🚧✨ Something new is coming to Carbondale… and Food Trucks are coming BACK! 🚚🍴

If you’ve driven by the former C&C building at Main & Topeka, you may have noticed the new banners 👀 That’s because we’re getting ready to launch The Crossroads at Topeka & Main!

This reimagined space is being developed in partnership with Osage County Travel & Tourism and local developers to bring food trucks, vendors, and our community together in one place.

👉 Friday Nite Bites kicks off June 5, 2026!

In addition to the monthly Friday Nite Bites events, food trucks will have expanded opportunities to set up outside of event hours. There will be picnic tables available so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the great food and atmosphere.

We’re excited to see this space come to life and to bring our community together in a whole new way.
