25 years later, we remember.

Today, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary Americans who demonstrated extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember those who never made it home. We remember those who ran toward danger. And we remember the families, colleagues, and communities forever changed that day.

September 11, 2001. We will never forget.

The next Impact Canton is only 4 days away on the 1000 block of Bedford Ave SW. Residents will need to remove all vehicles from the designated area by 6:00 p.m. Friday evening to make way for dumpsters and equipment. We're asking all motorists to avoid the area to give volunteers plenty of room to work on Saturday.

Thanks everyone for your patience as we work with our community partners to make our neighborhoods better one block at a time.
