Lately, throughout the Canonsburg Area a black bear has been sighted in some residential area within a 5 or 10 mile radius. Though alarming, this is normal behavior.
If you do encounter a black bear in your neighborhood, you should report the sighting to the Pennsylvania game commission at 1-833-PGC-WILD ( 1-833-742-9453 )
