The Optimized Human Performance curriculum at ITB is a comprehensive, 13-week program designed to holistically develop resilient and physically dominant Marines. Beginning with initial musculoskeletal screenings, the curriculum integrates rigorous physical training led by embedded coaches with outsourced education for spiritual and mental fitness. By continuously tracking performance metrics, the program successfully identifies both top performers and those requiring targeted remedial training. This dynamic approach has yielded measurable successes, including a 13% increase in 1st class PFT scores, while also utilizing data to adapt and address specific training gaps to ensure the continuous evolution and readiness of the infantry Marine.
