Bearden Christmas Parade 2025

Thank you Bearden, AR!!! As always we enjoyed our evening participating in the parade and visiting. Bearden has always been so good to me.

I've been asked why my campaign page is titled OLDS FOR OUACHITA COUNTY instead of Olds for Ouachita County Assessor.

The explanation is simply my commitment goes far beyond the title of the office. I'm for the entire county, all 740 square miles of it. I'm for every one of the 22, 650 (per 2020 Census) citizens, in every stage of life, from every town and school district.

Accurate, fair assessments directly impact the core of our community, our schools, county services, emergency response, and the resources we rely on every day. As your Assessor, my focus is to make sure those assessments are handled with integrity, precision, and transparency.

I am dedicated to building genuine, personable relationships with our taxpayers.

Customer service will always be a top priority, supported by knowledgeable staff committed to treating every citizen with respect and ensuring they are assisted promptly and professionally.

I'm not just for the office, I'm for Ouachita County.
