The Splash Pad opens at 1:00PM! Don’t forget to stop by for Grand Opening! FREE frozen treats and waters will be served between 1:00-3:00PM or until supplies last. The weather looks like it will be clearing up hopefully soon. See you down at the George Gipp Recreation Area!

All frozen treats and waters were donated by your local Walmart Supercenter and Pat’s IGA of Calumet! The Village would like to sincerely thank these two businesses for their continued support in making these types of events so special for our community and those that visit our area.

Join us to kick off summer every Friday night, starting tomorrow, June 5 at the George Gipp Arena from 6-9pm for roller skating/rollerblading!
Admission is $2/per skater. All ages are welcome!
Please bring your own gear, we do not have rental skates available. Wearing protective gear is encouraged.

Grand Opening of New Splash Pad on June 8

Community members are invited to kick off the start of summer on Monday, June 8 at 1:00 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration. Attendees will have the opportunity to be among the first to experience the splash pad, with free ice cream treats available for families during the event.

ATTN: Spring Clean Up 🍂🦺🧹

The DPW Sanitation crew will be picking up resident's leaf and brush piles throughout the month of May (and possibly into June).

Please place your leaf/brush piles on the ROAD close to the curb (do not bag). Any larger branches must be cut into 4 feet sections.

The George Gipp Arena is prepped and ready to host Pickleball goers. The schedule will be Monday-Thursday from 9:00am - 2:00pm to start.

The cost of admission is $2 per person an hour.
Rental equipment is available to rent for $5 per hour. Rental equipment includes 4 pickleball paddles and pickleballs.

We have 3 courts available inside the Arena, so please limit play to one hour to start unless there are available courts. We look forward to seeing you all at the Gipp!

•Zoning Ordinance 2.14: Junk / Rubbish
•Zoning Ordinance 2.17: Motor Vehicles, Boats, Machinery & Rec. Vehicles
•Zoning Ordinance 2.21: Outside storage of Rec. Vehicles
