Just a reminder now that the weather is finally getting warmer that all dogs must be on a leash while waking per the Borough Ordinance. This is not only to keep your dog safe but others as well.

Also, please make sure you pick up after your dog.

Happy Saturday!

Just wanted to give everyone a few quick updates for next week.

First, brush pick up is next week. Make sure all the brush is at your curb for Monday the 11th. Please note that it could take a few days for them to pick up all the brush throughout town. Click this link below for specifics on what can and cannot be left out.

Second, Aqua will be conducting hydrant flushing in town starting Monday the 11th as well. They will be sending out a reverse call to remind residents. It will most likely take a few days for them to complete this process.
Please be aware that it's normal during this process to experience some brown water and reduced water pressure. My suggestion is that you run your water and check for brown water before doing laundry. This will prevent brown water getting into your washer and potentially ruining clothes.

Just got notified from Aqua that they are going to be repairing a leak on Coolidge today. As always with repairs there could be service disruptions.

Residents who live near the areas that are being paved should expects some disruptions in getting around.

Good Afternoon!

We just got word from Aqua that they found a leak at the intersection on Second Street and Pershing Ave.

Aqua will be sending out a reverse call to the affected area tonight(Second St, Pershing Ave, Hoffman Dr & Eisenhower Ln.)
They will have low pressure/no water. The school itself should be unaffected.

Aqua will give a call to the school to let them know this is happening.

Aqua is planning for a delayed start tomorrow morning(around 8:30AM)to not disrupt the resident’s evening routine and want the morning rush and school busses to be clear before we begin.

If anything changes, that will affect the school’s water, they will stop work, allow the school day to finish and resume after dismissal.
