Offering lifeguard training on May 24–25

Must be 15 years old to apply

The City of Caledonia is accepting applications for a pool manager for the Caledonia Aquatic Center 2026 summer pool season (June-August). Sample duties of pool manager include scheduling lifeguards and swimming lessons, verifying water quality, and managing and coordinating operations of the Caledonia Aquatic Center. The position also requires strong supervisory, leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail. City of Caledonia Aquatic Center Employment
The City of Caledonia is accepting applications for lifeguards, and assistant managers for the Caledonia Aquatic Center 2026 summer pool season (June-August). Pay for lifeguards is at least $12.75/hour; pay for assistant manager is at least $13.75/hour. Additional pay of $1.00/hour for WSI certification; additional $.25/hour for every year of lifeguarding experience up to eight years. All positions must have first aid and CPR certification as well as certification as lifeguard. In addition, end of season incentive pay will be available along with reimbursement for cost of lifeguard/first aid/CPR and WSI certification courses. For an application go to:

Please take a look at these items from the pools lost and found. If you recognize an item, please come to the clerks office between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm to pick it up. There was also a life jacket left at the pool. If it’s yours, you’ll be asked to describe the life jacket.

Hello everyone as we approach the end of the season there are a few things we here at the Caledonia Aquatic Center would like to share!

1. We are happy to announce that our Early Bird swim time will be extended through the 11th-15th of August! Unfortunately with school sports starting up, we cannot extend this to the rest of our standard hours. Our last day for standard hours will be the 9th of August.

2. We are approaching the end of the season, that means please check the lost and found section at the pool.
