National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend in 2026 is celebrated on May 2-3, with the main memorial service and flag-lowering on Sunday, May 3. This annual, Congressionally mandated weekend pays tribute to firefighters who have made the ultimate sacrifice, typically featuring a national memorial service, a candlelight vigil, and 'Bells Across America' to honor their memory and inspire us all. To commemorate this solemn occasion, we proudly lower the flags at our fire station.
