Today’s Annual Sportsman’s Raffle was nothing short of incredible, and it’s all thanks to YOU, our amazing community.

We want to extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who made this event one for the record books. From the overwhelming support in ticket sales, to the fantastic turnout today, to all of the excitement surrounding the raffles throughout the day, your support means everything to us.

A very special thank you goes out to the dedicated members of our department and our auxiliary. Your hard work, commitment, and teamwork, alongside the support of our community members, friends, and family, truly made this event such a success.

Believe it or not, we were so busy enjoying the day with all of you that we didn’t even get a chance to take photos—but that just speaks to how incredible the day really was!

After a well-earned night of rest, you can be sure our committee will be getting right back to work planning next year’s event—and we can’t wait to do it all again.

We couldn't be happier to announce that tomorrow's Sportsman's Raffle is all sold out!!! Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets.

If you are still interested in attending and don't have a ticket, we will be selling a limited number of same day tickets ($10.00 each), first come, first serve. These tickets will allow you entry to the event, food and beverage.

You will not be eligible to win any of the 15 items of the main ($20.00) tickets with the same day tickets.

But don't worry...there are plenty of side raffles and 50/50s for you to partake in. Doors open at 1:00 pm. Event runs 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Our 2026 Early Bird Sportsman’s Raffle Winner, drawn following our month meeting on Monday, April 13th, was Natasha Snyder (Ticket #761). Congrats!!! We hope to see everyone on Saturday, May 2nd for the main event.

We’re so excited!!! Look who’s here!!! Easter Bunny is ready for some Egg Hunt Festivities. 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the South Byron Fire Hall on Route 237. Not interested in hunting eggs, no worries there’s cupcakes to decorate too and lots of other fun things to keep the kiddos occupied.

Today’s the day…we hope to see you for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Due to the frigid temperatures…the egg hunt will be indoors. There will also be crafts, photos with the Easter Bunny and more.

Only days aways from our annual visit from the Easter Bunny. We hope you consider coming out to Byron's Easter Egg Hunt, co-hosted by our Byron Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the South Byron Volunteer Fire Company's Auxiliary. Note: This year's event will by held at the South Byron Fire Hall (Route 237), rather than the Byron Fire Hall (Route 262).

There’s still time to join us today until 12:00 noon at the Byron Fire hall for Breakfast with Santa. We’ve had a full house so far and hope you stop down for a free meal or to purchase tickets for our Christmas tree raffles. Remember, it’s only one dollar per ticket for a chance to win a decorated, lit artificial tree with gifts underneath you do not need to be present to win.
