The Pickett County Democratic Party is certified by the Tennessee Democratic Party and works to get more Democrats elected locally, statewide and federally. For more information about our rules, visit TNDP.org. PCDP certified bylaws are listed at TNDP.org, which govern all Democratic activities by PCDP, along with a grievance process for Pickett County Democrats and contact info for TNDP leaders.

The TNDP Executive Committee members for PCDP are Carol Abney and Robert Young. They serve as the liaison between PCDP and TNDP. The Tennessee Democratic Party is certified by the Democratic National Committee and helps provide a platform for running Democrats up and down the ballot. Democrats believe that the economy should work for everyone, health care is a right, our diversity is our strength, and democracy is worth defending.

I’m asking you to vote no on redistricting Tennessee 4 months before August elections because that is against TN state law, and because cracking Memphis disenfranchises black and brown voters and is a cowardly, racist act being used to cheat.
