Good evening Creekside Neighbors. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday and a great upcoming New Year. The board is excited to announce that we have left our current management company effective January 1st 2026 and we will be self managing with assistance from the PayHOA website saving us thousands in fees and overhead. Please go to Payhoa.com and make an account. All dues will be paid directly to this site and put into the HOA bank account. We will be sending out a mailer with the full details and QR code to make this a very easy process. We will also be extending the due date for the annual dues to Feb. 15th. Also, please put a good email, and contact number to your account for future communications.

Good evening Creekside neighbors. Please be on the lookout in your mailboxes for info from the board relating to our neighborhood and our homes. Every homeowner has the responsibility of maintaining their home and yards as well as paying yearly dues to help maintain our green spaces, electric, water, as well as our walking paths. If you have any questions as to what you are responsible for as a homeowner, please look over your covenants on the website or the copies you should have received when you purchased your home. We are not pointing fingers at any one home, as there are several that need attention. If you have any questions....ask!!! Email the board members or message us here on Facebook.

Good evening neighbors. I drove thru the neighborhood this evening and found 3 street lights that were not working. I went onto Duke's site to report them. I'm sure it's possible that I missed a few. If you notice that a light is out on your street or in front of your house, please go onto the Duke energy website and report the outage. You can either enter the pole number or input your location and the pole locations will pop up on the map. Thank you and I hope 2024 is starting well for everyone.

To the person(s) who placed the festival signs at our entrance, I removed them and will hold them for a few days if you would like them back. We do not allow any advertising for personal, business etc...at our entrance. You are more than welcome to place them in your yard. Thank you.

Good evening creekside neighbors. A resident of Aspen trails will be coming around our neighborhood on a golf cart with the Easter bunny passing out candy and photo opportunities. Be on the lookout.

Good afternoon...a phone in a wallet case was found on Streamside Ct but with no ID just the phone. If anyone is missing their phone, just send a message to the HOA messanger and I will return it to you. If I don't hear anything from anyone in the next hr or so, I will turn the phone over to the Sheriffs dept.

Good afternoon Creekside Neighbors...just a reminder, especially with the leaves falling and fall bed cleanups happening, the green spaces and the treelines are not peronal dumping grounds for rubbish. Please dispose of your yard waste properly. We have an area where this happened and we will have to pay our landscaping company, at an added expense, for removal.

Good evening Creekside Meadows!!!

In the coming weeks, our landscaping company will be cutting down the dead trees in the community. Myself and Brent, our landscaper, walked the community in attempt to find all of the dead ones and ones that are dying in and around the walking path and common areas. I'm sure that we didn't find them all but if there is one that you would like for us to look at, please leave a comment.

P.S. In regards to some areas not being mowed, please keep in mind that we have had a very wet summer and those areas will be addressed when it dries out. Mulching and weeding will also be done this week.
