BHS Education Exploration Committee

BHS Education Exploration Committee The Education Exploration Committee was established by the Buckfield Select Board in 2025.

The purpose of the committee is to explore the best educational options for students and taxpayers in Buckfield, Hartford and Sumner.

Tomorrow night, Tuesday 10/21/25, 6:30pm at the Buckfield Town Office will be the last open session for this comittee to answer questions in regards to the possibility of withdrawing from RSU10, before we vote on November 4th. Please bring your questions, thoughts, concerns and ideas. Anyone from Buckfield, Sumner or Hartford is encouraged to attend.

Tomorrow will be the final meeting in Hartford, open session style, to ask questions, or make comment before voting on withdrawing from RSU10 on the November ballot.

We will relay our findings, explain where the infornation has come from, and give our recomendations to each town. If you are interested, please contact your respective town, to find out when the next selectboard meeting is. This is how you stay informed and make a difference. You are neccessary!
