Thank you very much for all of the votes, especially for allowing me the honor of serving as one of the Republican State Convention Delegates.

For those who may not know, a State Convention Delegate represents our local community at the Republican State Convention, which will be held this year in Fort Wayne . One of the most important responsibilities is voting on candidates for statewide offices such as Secretary of State, State Treasurer, and State Auditor who will appear on the general election ballot.

The Secretary of State works closely with elections and county clerk offices. Because of that, I take this responsibility very seriously and have a strong desire to help ensure we have the right Republican candidates on the ballot for these important positions. Thank you for having faith and confidence in me to help make those decisions.

Receiving the most local votes was truly appreciated, but the greatest honor was earning your trust and support. We had a great turnout for this primary election, and it was wonderful to see so many people participating in the process.

Right now, one of my main focuses is continuing to prepare and organize for future elections while always looking for ways to make things run smoother and more efficiently. Our poll workers were absolutely phenomenal, and they deserve tremendous credit for all of their hard work and dedication.

If you ever have suggestions or ideas, please feel free to share them with me. I can’t promise every idea can be implemented, but there is never anything wrong with listening, learning, and considering ways to improve.

Thank you again for your support, and I look forward to continuing to serve our community through the fall election season.

Election time can be great for some and pretty sad for others. It’s crazy how long-time friends can turn into enemies or friendships get torn apart… all because we don’t agree.

Politics are no stranger to me. My dad absolutely hated politics along with the lies the deceiving the destruction it can cause. I used to not understand why, but now I get it… it can be downright ugly.

I’ve been working in elections since 2017 when I became First Deputy for Clerk Neysa Raible, and it’s definitely been an experience. Fast-paced, exciting, very educational and sometimes a little crazy.

As we get closer to the primary, I really hope people get out and vote. No matter what you think, every vote does matter. Imagine not voting and someone you know, maybe even a friend or neighbor on the ballot, loses by one vote.

So when you go vote, pick who you think is the best choice, whether that’s Republican or Democrat. Just make sure it’s your decision. Everyone sees things differently, and that’s why you really need to do your own research and make up your own mind.

We had a GREAT Republican meeting this month. Guest speaker was Michael Grim, who works for Erin Houchin, serving as the U.S. representative for Indiana's 9th congressional district since 2023. We learned alot and Michael stayed after giving some great insight to some of the local candidates.
