Identity theft can create significant barriers to financial stability, housing, and economic opportunity. That's why we're proud that CAMBA Legal Services' Supervising Attorney, Divya Subrahmanyam, helped author a proposal recommending improvements to how identity theft victims access information, support, and legal protections.

The proposal offers actionable steps to help New Yorkers recover more quickly from identity theft and achieve greater financial security.
