It has been a year yall! I will never be able to adequately express my gratitude for the support, words of encouragement, financial donations, likes and shares, word of mouth, and prayers I have received from y’all throughout this campaign.
The Adams Family has gotten very good at throwing up that red tent, I learned to churn butter, people got to taste the famous “rhonda cookies” for the first time, the kids ended up with 3 goldfish from festivals, we gave out hundreds of stress balls and bracelets, we perfected the balloon inflating assembly line, and we got to shake hands and hug necks everywhere we went. We also tore up plenty of the metal stands trying to put signs in this hard ground!
While the campaign trail is long and tiring at times, it also puts so much pride in my heart for our district. The people here deserve so much better than rampant crime. Y’all are worth your weight in gold, and I want y’all to have a community to be proud of!
Tomorrow is THE DAY we’ve been preparing for. As my father in law told me during the primaries, “Tomorrow we celebrate either way. We are a family of faith and we have put in the effort- so now we trust that the outcome of tomorrow’s election will be His will. This has been a thoroughly prayed over campaign, and we will continue to pray that His will be done.”
