Great meeting tonight! Discussed the calendar and honestly there's not a huge difference versus traditional calendar. Plus we had the honor of recognizing Kinsley Reasor for winning gold medal in co****le and for participating in BA Alumni Co****le tournament in addition to the many people from her support circle. DON'T FORGET.........TOMORROW VOTE!!!

Sending out another reminder.....it's 6 days away.
Now in my third term on the BA Board of Education, my name is Jerry Denton, and I'd like to ask for your vote on February 11. I'd like to continue serving as your board member for zone 5, because I truly believe in our shared responsibility of preparing all kids to be ready for their next step in life. Whether that next step is college, military, CareerTech, work, or simply navigating life as an adult. I know the district and the board members who serve you, strive to create a district where every student learns and every employee feels valued.

I am a veteran of the United States Navy and a 1983 BA graduate. Most importantly, I am proud parent of two BA graduates, two granddaughters currently attending Oakcrest and Arrowhead Elementaries, and extended families with kids across the district at all levels. For nearly two decades, I have been advocating for our district to be the best in Oklahoma in terms of academics, athletics, fine arts, and innovation, and would like to continue in this mission.
