National Police Week serves as a reminder of the sacrifices and dedication that comes with wearing the badge. Behind every badge is a commitment to protect others, often at great personal sacrifice.

We would like to recognize and thank all law enforcement officers who dedicate themselves to serving and protecting their communities - especially our very own Sheriff and deputies, along with the Bayard Police Department for continuing to help keep Morrill County a safe place every day.

This week especially, we honor and remember the fallen men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting others.
