Today, we’re celebrating the hard work and dedication of workers in our community—including the incredible people who make ECHO’s mission possible every day.

Because of You, a Neighbor Kept Moving Forward. 💙

When a neighbor came to ECHO, they were rebuilding their life and determined to make a change.

Starting over wasn’t easy. Finding work was difficult, and without reliable transportation, even getting to interviews was a challenge.

Because of you, they didn’t have to do it alone.

ECHO’s Opportunity Center helped with their resume, job applications, and interview preparation. Through our partnership with Bikes for Christ, they also received a bicycle to help them get to interviews and work.

Then came the breakthrough: they got the job.

Just two months later, their hard work and leadership experience earned them a promotion to an assistant management position.

And because of you, ECHO was later able to provide an electric bicycle, making their daily commute easier and giving them greater independence.

They sent us a simple message:

"Bike is amazing!!! Thank you, guys, again so very much 🙏 Love it and just such a blessing."

This is what your generosity makes possible.
