Innovative program kicking off in .

Pilot Initiative: Social Work Support

Starting October 1, Cohasset Elder Affairs will pilot a Social Work Support program, led by staff social worker, Tricia Faletra, LICSW. With an extensive background in clinical and community settings, Tricia is well-equipped to provide compassionate support and guidance tailored to your needs.

Tricia will hold office hours every-other Tuesday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM to provide an opportunity for those 55+ to seek guidance on various social work-related topics, including:

• Addressing emotional well-being
• Managing life transitions
• Exploring community support options and beyond
• Navigating resources and services

Contact Tricia directly at 781-383-9112, Ext. 7320, email Tricia at [email protected] or ask a CEA member to register you for a confidential, 45-minute appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed via a phone call from Tricia. Appointments may be scheduled no further than one month in advance.

In addition to this initiative, walk-in appointments remain available on an as-needed basis.
