The OFIA team is pleased to announce the release of version 1.25. This release enabled other applications to integrate with OFIA through an open API. This release specifically enabled this connection with dealership customers using the Furniture Command Center application. Now, users can perform all of the functions directly inside of Furniture Command Center as they could on the OFIA.org portal. Additional integrations to follow. A complete list of changes is below:

1. Allow Furniture Command Center dealerships to use OFIA directly through FCC without going to OFIA.org
2. Add additional information to the email body when uploaded invoices are forwarded to AP contacts.
3. Create an open API to allow third party applications (like Furniture Command Center) to utilize OFIA.
4. Bug Fix: Error when attempting to pay a $0 invoice.
5. Bug Fix: Sporadic error when uploading multiple documents.
6. Bug Fix: Users with multiple accounts were not appearing on the Manage Users page.

OFIA 1.24 has been released today and it is our biggest release of the year! Included in this update are many user requested changes. These include things like the ability to select specific people to receive quote requests per location, automatically closing quotes/jobs after a certain threshold, auto-selecting specific fields on new quote creation and much more. Please contact the OFIA staff for more information or to walk through of any of the changes.

The OFIA portal was updated on March 12, 2018 to version 1.21. In this release, you can now specify multiple POCs per job. Those additional POCs will get notifications and alerts just like the primary POC. In addition, we updated the FAQ section under Help/FAQ to answer more frequently asked questions. The full list of changes is below.

1. Allow multiple "Additional POCs" to be added to the job.
2. Remove restrictions to only send new quote notifications to providers that have viewed it.
3. Make the Main Phone Number on the company profile page mandatory.
4. Change the header "Help!" to "Help/FAQ".
5. Refresh the FAQ with added questions and answers.
6. Reduce the amount of emails that are sent on closed and reviewed jobs.
7. Allow administrators to close jobs easier from Quote Helper.
8. Allow administrators to edit/delete quote comments.
9. Allow administrators to edit/delete quote questions.

The OFIA portal update recently updated to version 1.20. This release was focused on improving and streamlining some of the customer actions;specifically on their dashboard - to make things easier and quicker. In addition, we have enabled Single Sign On with Furniture Command Center, a furniture dealership software package.

OFIA version 1.19 has been pushed to production! We have made it easier to respond to the notifications that OFIA generates. Now, you can respond to anything OFIA sends and it will be automatically add as a comment inside the quote/job. In addition, you can copy [email protected] on any new email or invoice and that email will automatically copy to the comments section in OFIA. It makes it really easy to have one place for ongoing conversations.
There were also several "bug fixes" including one involving our Pay Invoice link which you may have run across!

The OFIA portal has been updated to version 1.18 and includes many features designed to make it quicker and simpler for users to manage their quotes and jobs. Three of the most commonly requested features have been implemented in this release.

The OFIA portal has been updated to version 1.17. This was a smaller release, mostly focused on administrative changes so that the OFIA support team can respond quicker and more effectively. A full listing of the changes can be found by clicking on the "Help" link at the top of the page, and then clicking on the "Updates" tab.

The OFIA team is happy to announce the release of OFIA version 1.15. This release has a lot of exciting new features. These include the ability to quickly create a new punch/related job, ability to respond back to automatic OFIA emails and have those post into a job, and better awareness of union/non-union capabilities. OFIA version 1.14 is our biggest release yet - with the vast majority of changes coming directly from user feedback. We have added more ways to track notifications, better ways to alert providers of potential customer payment issues, and a brand new help section. Contact us for more info!

In time for the end of the year, the OFIA team has released version 1.13 to production. We have tweaked how the "Existing Relationship" box works for providers sending bids. We have also changed the provider information presented to a customer before a job is awarded. Finally, and most significantly, we've changed the customer landing page to make it easier to see the status of your quotes and jobs!

The OFIA program was happy to be featured in the annual InstallNET conference in sunny San Diago California, last month. As part of the opening “20/20 Vision” welcoming comments,
Dale Ewing allowed Mike Greider, OFIA Advocate, to provide some
updated stats on how the OFIA program and the OFIA.org portal have progressed in the last year. In short – we’ve made tremendous process! Brand new customers and providers have found the OFIA.org website, registered, and successfully submitted quotes to our provider network.Each month, the OFIA.org website improves with feature updates, bug
fixes, and functionality tweaks.
Also during the conference, the OFIA team was able to provide a
20-minute walk through of the OFIA.org portal. This included a demo from both the customer and provider point of view. As a result,attendees were able to see the system from end to end and provide comments and feedback to continue the OFIA.org progression.
