We are looking for some volunteers to help with our annual Juneteenth event.
We especially need help with the following:
1. Posting flyers- we have printed flyers in the Office of Equity and Social Justice, along with preferred locations
2. Day off support (see sign up genius for more information)
3. Tents
4. Lawn Signs- email Albert if you are interested in having a Juneteenth lawn sign

The 2026 Reading Pride Parade and Celebration was a hit! The weather held up and the colors came out. Always such a delight to see so many people supporting Pride and the Reading LGBT+ community. Thank you for all the people who helped.

TWO Days Until Reading Pride!

This Saturday, June 6 from 3:00-5:00 pm, we will have a car parade, DJ, games, and so much fun! A new feature is a people and pet march around the Common at 4:30! Hope you can join us.

A new addition to the Reading Pride Parade and Celebration on June 6! A pet parade! There will be mask-making beforehand for those who don't have a pet and want to join in! At 4:30, we will be marching around the Common with our furry family members! Hope you can join us!

Pride is just a little over a week away. Our parade is FULL and most of our roles are set. We still need a couple of people to set up between 1-3 and clean up between 5:00-5:30 on the Reading Common and to staff tables.

If you are unable to volunteer, I hope you can come and enjoy the event!

We are back with our SIXTH Annual Pride Parade and Celebration! It will be on Saturday, June 6 at 3:00 -5:00 starting and ending at the Town Common. There will be a celebration in the Common following the parade at around 3:30. There will also be cheering stations along the route for people to cheer...
