To vote on important ballot issues on November 3, you must be registered! The LWV of Columbia-Boone County will be participating in National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 15. National Constitution Day is observed September 17 each year to commemorate the September 17, 1787 signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia.
