This is a map I found produced by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs office in South Carolina that shows Blythewood town precinct locations. It can’t be 100% accurate because I do see addresses on the map that are not in the town limit. If anybody else can find the precinct map please let me know. Precinct 3 was Blythewood high school but now it is Fire Station 26.

Just found out today, less than 24 hours before the election that precinct 3 voting location has changed. Please call Travis Alexander, Director for Richland County voter registration and elections at 803-576-2201 and ask him why this postcard is designated for the City of Columbia general election.  Does he mean the Town of Blythewood Council election?

This forum says "hear from three candidates" for Blythewood Town Council. There are 5 candidates in the race.

This appears to be a forum sponsored by a partisan group where invitees are selected based on voter registration party affiliation.

I think the post intends to say 2 candidates. One of the three is an active duty military member (Source: LinkedIn) and participation would be a violation of DoD Directive 1344.10 §4.1.2.4–6. which states, “a member on active duty shall not speak before a partisan political gathering of any kind, or promote a partisan political party, candidate, or cause.”

Do the right thing.
