The International League of Muslim Women, Inc. -New England Chapter Accomplishments:

1. Domestic violence issues locally and nationally
2. Host health fairs and other health related programs and seminars
3.

Vision: To be a model Muslim women’s organization that empowers women in becoming better leaders by enhancing their individual lives, their families and communities through the implementation of core initiatives. Distribute clothing, furniture and household goods to refugees and other needy families
4. Provide referrals to food pantries, summer youth jobs and programs, etc.
5. Feed the needy, sometimes in collaboration with other organizations
6. Supply blankets and other necessities to homeless persons
7. Assist the Muslim pioneers and other seniors in the community
8. Visit seniors in hospitals and nursing homes
9. Serve as CASA (court appointed special advocate) volunteers
10. Host janaza and disaster preparedness workshops
11. Disaster assistance local and international
12. Support and assist veterans
13. Provide personal care, educational supplies to infants and children
