This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

To the families carrying the weight of that loss,thank you. Your loved ones are heroes, and their legacy lives on through the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Uncle Sam’s 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation Day

Saturday, May 2nd

Join us as we celebrate America’s 250th and thank our community for your continued support. This year’s event is bigger than ever and open to all ages.

We have had some confusion, North Idaho Veterans Village offers housing to veterans by allowing them to reside in RVs free of charge. All RVs are owned and maintained under the name of the nonprofit organization. When the veterans graduates the RVs are returned to NIVV to then be cleaned and donated to another veteran.

North Idaho Veterans Village provides housing assistance on a first-come, first-served basis as resources become available. To ensure the safety of our residents, volunteers, and staff, NIVV is not equipped to house veterans with a history of physical violence. Damage to donated RVs directly limits our ability to house other veterans in need, and preserving these units allows us to continue serving as many veterans as possible.

NORTH IDAHO - A 2025 Point in Time Count showed nearly 2,700 people experiencing homelessness across Idaho in January of last year, with 6% being veterans.

Our mission is simple: veterans supporting veterans. We accept donated RVs and motorhomes, restore them, and provide them to veterans in need at no cost. These RVs serve as a safe, temporary stepping stone—never a forever solution—until our veterans can regain stability and independence.

We are currently planning an upcoming fundraiser and silent auction at cruisers pf state line, with all proceeds going directly toward housing support, repairs, and essential services for our veterans. We are seeking donations such as auction items, products, services, experiences, or larger feature items that could help make this event a success.

Your generosity would have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of local veterans, and all donors will be acknowledged for their support. We would be honored to partner with you in giving back to those who have given so much for our country.
