Please help us welcome Sydney to the AgeWell team!

Sydney joins our Outreach team as our new Outreach Specialist/Social Worker and brings nearly three years of combined experience working with older adults through long-term care and senior transition services. Her background includes supporting older adults and their families through a variety of needs and life transitions, including long-term care, relocation, downsizing, and connecting individuals with support and resources.

Sydney has much to offer, and we’re confident she will be a great asset to both our team and the community! She is excited to put her education, skills, and knowledge to good use while serving older adults in our community. Stop in and say hi to Sydney or visit with her to learn more about community resources, services, and support that may be available to you!

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog.
