-$35-Birthday Parties/Baby Showers/Small Parties/Etc.
-$100-Food Trucks, Vendors, Bands, Fundraisers, Etc.

If the renter is making money, you will need to do the following:
-Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance (Ferdinand Farmers, Farm Bureau, Etc.)
-$1 Million coverage
-Add the town of Birdseye as an additional insured
-Drop off copy at the Birdseye town hall

​When: 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month (June–October)

​Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

​Booth Fee: Only $10 for a 10x10 space!

🎉 Hey everyone, it’s that time of year again — 4H FAIR WEEK! 🎉

Come out and show your support for the amazing youth who’ve been working hard all year, and for the small clubs raising funds to help cover their program costs.

🌟 This year, our booth will feature a dunk tank! We’ll have different volunteers in the hot seat throughout the week, so stop by, have some fun, and see if you’ve got what it takes to dunk someone!

Let’s make it a great week at the fair — have fun, support each other, and stay safe! 💚🐰🐷🐮🐴

Park Board Meeting Notes: 7/7/2025

-Vandalism-railway rocks being thrown all over property-danger for mowing
-Is extra patrol possible by sheriff's office?
-Camera system discussed-Internet discussed-
-No quote yet on trees (after August now)
-No update-scheduled for Monday 30th-did not come
-Picnic tables left over-two for church-check if they want the rest
-Benches painted-not necessary
-Stage Doors-Right after picnic
-Gravel needs graded or rock added-will be check into
-Water leak between line and meter-large leak-needs dug up to replace-want run ASAP
-Need to take inventory before picnic (completed)
-Women's soap dispenser replaced
-Ice stock beginning soon from firehouse
-Farmers Market donated $76 in donations to park
-Discussed setup for Market-Shade was suggested-will change setup

-Picnic Meeting 6/10 @ 6PM- Fire station
-Verified info on Community Service with Community Corrections
-Volunteers are ready to begin painting-need a few supplies-would like to do before picnic
-2 benches will possibly need painted (not priority)
-Need concrete pads under benches
-Wish List before picnic-Concrete, stage doors, painting, benches
-Vote to not have Farmer's Market during Picnic weekend
-No collection of Farmer's market monies unless bonded discussed

-Discussed possible solutions for stage area- (temp wall/ security gate/ etc.)

-Yes on volunteers for painting equipment- possibly before picnic
-Water heater was replaced, line still needs fixed-repair replace roughly $1200
-Concrete pad next month-looking for volunteers
-Community Crossings 25% match 20,000 pad est-$5,000 to be paid from park funds.
-Begin looking for Grants for playground equipment
-Discussed paintball game for picnic
-discussed advertising for picnic/volunteers
-Discussed bingo, sidewalk chalk, etc.
-Discussed possible "advisory board" for park to assist with work
-Request for park ordinance list
-Gave "affirmative" for Farmer's Market to proceed

-Brittany S voted as new board member 2 to 1 vote.
