Not a single family in our country went unimpacted by the tragic events of September 11th. Today, the Carroll County Judge’s Office honors everyone who was changed by that day; from the innocent lives lost, to the brave heroes who ran toward the scene, to the military men and women at home and overseas who rose to the challenge to stand against terrorism.
We also offer our deepest thanks to the brave men and women who are still holding the line today, standing between our nation and those who seek to do us harm.
We will never forget their sacrifice. United we stand.
