Big news for the Oregon Coast. 🌊🏡

We’re excited to introduce Makara Landing, a future attainable homeownership community coming to Lincoln City.

Right now, it’s still land, dirt, vision, and possibility. But what makes this moment special is that the foundation is already there:

Makara Landing is planned to include 40 permanently affordable homes, including 6 accessible homes designed with first-floor bedrooms to support a wider range of household needs and life stages.

A Central Oregon nonprofit is making millions of dollars available to help low-income residents buy homes in Bend, Prineville and Madras. Qualified buyers could receive up to $215,000 in down payment assistance.
