Recap from tonight’s city council meeting. We approved zoning and land use for the Creek Road development, which will bring 87 single family, 3 two family, and 3 more multi family lots to Beloit. Plus we honored some great kids from Beloit Memorial.

I attended the community meeting about potentially creating a Madison Road TIF district. There was a huge showing of people asking for more west side development. I look forward to working with west side residents as they continue to move this forward.
