This year I had the privilege to - in close collaboration with several other amazing minds - conceive, develop and execute a Staple Crops Summit in Jackson, WY. We brought together farmers, growers and end-chain users like chefs and bakers for a collaborative exploration of many subjects. And of course, ate our way through a spectrum of incredible baked delights!

Special mention - was a nice thrill to hang with Yvon Chouinard of for awhile and feed him copious sourdough rye bread 🤗

Big thanks to .noel and many more for your expertise, efforts and energies!

And just like that…summer is over. It’s a fast and furious season for us.
