Summer arrived ahead of schedule, thanks to the vibrant kickoff of Midweek Music at Harris Park!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to Harris Park Wednesday night and made it unforgettable!

The season opened with Teddy Petty & The Refugees - Tom Petty Tribute Band, filling the park with classic hits and good vibes. It was wonderful to reconnect with old friends and welcome new ones.

We are already counting down the days until we gather again at Harris Park for the 2026 Mid-Week Music concert series. See you next Wednesday!

As we look ahead to the 2026 Tyler Road Non-Motorized Pathway Project, we encourage residents to explore bicycle and pedestrian mobility resources, maps, and future connectivity plans through SEMCOG, Southeast Michigan Council of Governments and the Van Buren Township DDA.

To start your adventure visit the DDA office:
🚙 Pick ONE Jeep cutout in your favorite color
⭐ Grab ONE sticker kit
🕵️ Search high and low for the hidden ducks!

Every time you spot a duck, add a sticker to decorate your Jeep cutout—but remember…
🦆 Please leave the ducks where they are so the next hunter can enjoy the fun too!
